Eligibility for Returns:

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Non-returnable Items:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items

  • Products returned after 7 days of delivery

Return Process:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the item.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will notify you of approval or rejection.

Refund Process:

  • If approved, your refund will be processed cash refund (if applicable) within 5–7 business days.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product was defective or incorrect.

Note: We only accept Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Refunds will be handled accordingly.
